The Group acquired the freehold interest in a part vacant office investment in Preston. The unit extends to 10,000sqft with 5000 sqft let to Suresite Group Ltd. Following acquisition we completed a full refurbishment of the vacant space and improved the parking ratio by creating additional onsite parking spaces. We then successfully let the vacant space to Bauer Media Ltd and Morrisons Utilities Ltd before selling the unit on.
