The Group acquired a high yielding detached industrial investment let to Marla Tubes Ltd and Wincanton Ltd with short unexpired lease terms. Following acquisition we successfully completed a lease renewal with Marla Tubes. Wincanton vacated on lease expiry and we subsequently completed a full refurbishment of the unit before achieving a re-letting to Green Group Transport Ltd.
The Group was represented by Charles Dixon Asset Management and Legal Owen Chartered Surveyors.
